It all started…
With 25 years of experience in a wide variety of corporations and industries as an Organization Change Management Consultant, Lesley has keen understanding of organization culture and environments that promote retention. She was a Senior Manager with Accenture and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and a Senior Organization Change Management Consultant with Hewlett Packard and Infosys, as well as consulting independently to Nationwide Insurance, EMC, and National Grid. She served as Director of HR for Corporate IT at Marriott Corporation, where she was actively involved in employee and leadership development, increasing inclusion and performance standards, and implementing mentoring and coaching programs. Lesley has been part of the SHAMBAUGH Leadership team, specializing in gender equality and leadership.
Lesley’s background is a unique blend of technology and psychology; well suited for her role in consulting. She coaches leaders on successfully leading transformations, and solving business and leadership challenges. In addition to organizational change management planning and execution, Lesley coaches, leaders on how to be more effective, proactive, engaged in change, and in leading successful transformations. Lesley’s orientation is towards business results, behavior and cultural insights, and problem solving with creative and integrated solutions.
In addition, during Lesley’s varied career, she specialized in facilitation, requirements training courses, outplacement coaching and workshops, as well as career coaching. She was an adjunct professor at Endicott College (courses in Leadership and HR) and she served as a guest lecturer at Cornell University, delivering a case study illustrating the challenges of IT Outsourcing.
Lesley is a magna cum laude graduate of George Mason University with a BA and MA in Psychology. She also has an MS in Management of Technology from American University, graduating with high distinction. When she was with Marriott, she earned an HR Certificate from Cornell University.
