The workforce is changing all the time as boomers retire, Gen Z’s numbers increase, and Millennials are managing and leading. Gen X is making its mark with innovation and in leadership positions.
Changing Behaviors Consulting educates generations on understanding differences and realizing strengths. There are significant differences between Baby Boomers (ages 56 to 70) and Gen X (ages 40 to 55), Millennials (25 to 39) and Gen Z ( 8 to 24).

Purpose
To increase productivity and retention for all companies. We adapt our focus to align with changing times, such as COVID. We recently delivered workshops for mastering virtual environments reflecting both leadership young professional strategies.
